Iced Chocolate Malted Coffee

Now more than ever more and more people are drinking Coffee. Iced Coffee, hot Coffee, Flavored Coffee and so on. There are so many Health benefits of “Coffee” minus all the flavors and calories. You can dress up Coffee any which way you desire with Chocolate, Caramel, Vanilla, Whipped Cream or what ever flavor you like at that time or just plain black. Sometimes on the go yo don’t have time to make a pot of coffee and mix it and flavor it. This is an Iced Coffee that I came up with that is easy to make and gives you the pick me up you need. It does not require brewing, waiting or mixing it just right. This is simple and you can make it in one glass or an “on the go” travel mug. Just a few ingredients and you have a fantastic coffee drink to go or just an Iced coffee to sip on while relaxing.
2 tsp. Instant Coffee Powder ( your favorite brand)
1 1/2 tsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3 tsp. Chocolate Malt Powder
1/3 c. Hot water
2 to 4 tsp. Sugar ( to taste)
1/2 c. Ice Cold water ( no ice)
1/4 c. Cold Milk
Whipped Cream for Topping
(1) In a small sauce pan bring to a boil the 1/3 cup water. Remove from heat and set aside. 001
(2) In a tall glass or travel mug add the Instant Coffee Powder, Cocoa Powder, Chocolate Malt Powder, Sugar ( to taste) and the Hot water you sat aside earlier. Mix vigorously with a fork or small whisk until frothy and bubbly. This takes about 1 minute or so. They hot water will dissolve the powder and sugar to make it easier to mix together. 002
(3) Add the 1/2 cup Cold Water to fill 3/4 way up the glass or mug. Add the 1/4 cup of Milk and mix well.003  Add the Ice to fill and add a straw and serve. Mix with the straw before drinking to combine milk and Ice. Can top with Whipped Cream ( optional). Serve.004
