Wild Blueberry And Honey Parfait

I love parfaits of all kinds. This is one of my favorites. It is very simple to make. It requires little energy and it fills you up and gives you a great boost for the day. Here are the ingredients.

1/2 c. Greek Yogurt ( plain)

1 Tbsp. Honey

Wild blueberry Preserves or Whole fruit Jam

Granola of your choice ( I make my own with nuts and dried fruit)

Fresh Blueberries ( you can use frozen. Just let them thaw completely before using)

(1) In a bowl whisk together the Yogurt and Honey until combined and smooth.

(2) In a small glass mason jar or individual trifle dish layer the Yogurt on bottom and then 1 to 2 Tbsp of the Blueberry preserves, Blueberries and Granola. Keep layering until container is full. Top with a little more Granola to make it look pretty. Add a spoon and enjoy.

Yumm. Does’nt that look good enough to eat for Breakfast..

I do the same as in this recipe of yours. I always buy plain greek yogurt and add the fruit at home. My wife and can peach jam, which I add to the yogurt and also blueberry jam when I have some.
