Hello I am Samantha.

I am a mother, blogger and I work full time and I love to cook. I cook down home recipes that has been passed down from generations, I create them and update them. I have a hungry boyfriend and three hungry kids to feed so I have to make hearty meals to satisfy and healthy meals to keep us going. I live out in the country in Alabama so peace and quite is not hard to come by. I have early mornings and late afternoons so, keeping things running smoothly around here is not easy to do when your always on the go. We ( the family) enjoy our  days just hanging around, lounging outside and our occasional car shows. Cooking for me is an everyday thing, even if it is cooking for a crowd, parties or get togethers.  I enjoy those hearty meals that take hours to make or just those that you can throw together. We are always finding things to get into to keep us occupied and we are always having fun. Good food, Family and fun is what the south is all about.
